What is interim?
Interim means temporary in Latin. At Taplow Executive Interim, this means that we connect experienced managers, specialists and companies for a limited period of time. Our Interim Managers add specific competence needs, solve given problems or initiate a desired change in the company. The focus of our Interim Managers is thus to temporarily add specific competencies to the company rather than simply solving a fixed job.
Adding flexible interim competencies to the organization is an intelligent way of ensuring that desired changes are implemented.
When should you use interim-solutions?

Many companies experience a dilemma when the company changes owner, has to create and implement a new strategy, a necessary turnaround or other major changes. Here it often shows that the necessary competencies and experience to implement the changes are not found within the company.
Our competent Interim Managers have experience in leading the way in implementing changes in small and large companies. They can step in at a short notice and will ensure that the changes are anchored throughout the organization.
Our process - effective and simple
From agreement, understanding of competence needs and success criteria - to the company's meeting with the right Interim Manager or Executive. Our process is efficient, simple and always the same and we will have an Interim Manager/ Executive ready within 8-10 business days.
Whilst the Interim Manager and Executive works for the company, we continuously follow up with both parties. We do this to ensure that everything goes as expected and is benefiting both parties.
